Our Role
- SaveAnyClip provides an online tool that allows users to download publicly accessible videos by submitting a URL.
- We do not host or store any videos, music, or media files on our servers. All content remains hosted on third‑party websites (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- We have no ownership or control over the content available on external sites.
- If you believe content accessible through our website infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice as described below.
How to File a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material accessible through SaveAnyClip violates your rights, please send a written DMCA notice including:
- Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), and contact details (email and physical address).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- The URL(s) or specific location of the allegedly infringing material or link.
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Please send all DMCA notifications to our designated agent at: contact@saveanyclip.com.
Counter‑Notification (Response by User)
If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter‑notification under Section 512(g) of the DMCA. Include:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter‑notice, we may forward it to the complainant and restore access to the material unless the complainant files a court action seeking to prevent restoration.
Repeat Infringers
In compliance with the DMCA, SaveAnyClip maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
